April 23, 2025

Congressman Juan Ciscomani was supposed to appear at a $30/ticket event.

Turns out he came early and then told everyone his son had a basketball game and he left.

Initially we heard he was going to return. 

I went in to the building to find out if I could buy a ticket to the event and was told ‘oh he’s gone and won’t be coming back. He just found out his son has a basketball game’.

I said, ‘are you telling me the truth?’ And her reply was, ‘ I have no reason to lie to you.

As I was walking back to the protest line I saw the congressman’s Senior Advisor  C.J. Karamargin.

(He was also Martha McSally’s chief of staff. I was part of a group who had meeting with mcsally/cj when mcsally wouldnt hold town halls).

I asked Cj, is the congressman ever going to speak directly to constituents? His reply was ‘cheryl, town halls are a shit show, we speak at a lot of places.’

I said, ‘no place i can talk with him.’ 

I then asked if i called him would he share with me some options to hear directly to the congressman?

His direct words: i would be happy to have a conversation with  you.’

So, stand by as i begin calling his office tomorrow (and evey day after that).

The turnout at the Day-of-Action in Cinvano was amazing. Over 500 postcards were distributed.

I am speaking at several other Day-of-Actions and, as always, at every rally I attend postcards are passed out!

Also, I am also writing to the occupant in the WH at least four times a week just letting him know what I am doing to resist his dangerous, racist and, STUPID, programs.  Join me!

Over 5,000 postcards have been distributed!

I have attended several local Democratic organizational meetings including speaking to all the Chairs of the Arizona Democratic Party.

Hear-The-People.info postcards are being used by several people in Illinois, North Carolina and New York.
