To jump start this project  I'm self-funding the first 10,000 postcards. 

As the project begins to gain traction, I will be implement fundraising to maintain  the project. 

The major expense is the website and the physical postcards. However, I am working on a PRINT FROM HOME template where people can print the postcards from their computer. 

The postcards are regulation postcard size, so a postcard stamp suffices. The cost of a postcard stamp is currently $0.56 per stamp. 

So, if you write 6 postcards a week the postage would cost $3.36 a week. Obviously less if you write twice a month or once a month.

IF YOU ARE FACING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES, let me know and I will find a sponsor to help with your costs. But, PLEASE, we need you to be a part of this project!

First, being consistent with writing your postcards is a useful and vital activity! 

But, if you'd like to do more, here are some suggestions:

CALL YOUR Senators and Congresspeople

Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121. A switchboard operator will connect you directly with the Senate office or HOUSE office you request.

Consider using 5calls.org 

This organization does a GREAT job in making it easy to make 5 calls a day to targeted electeds.
